The One That Started A Journey We Never Imagined
The day we put Alli on birds at around 8 weeks we knew she would be staying. Since then her drive and willingness to please has shown brightly. Alli is the essence of versatility. From a beauty in the ring finishing her UKC Championship, to deer tracking machine, to a great producer of detection dogs, I couldn’t have asked for a better “first” dog for Travis.

Highlighting Alli’s Accomplishments through the years
Alli has given us many firsts over the years. Here is a summary of those accomlishments.
2025
Alli returned to coursing ability testing earning 6 more passes.
2024
Alli and Travis earned her ABTA Started and Seasoned titles. She welcomed her second litter with Colt “C” Litter. Check out Nadia from that litter. We also did Alli’s DNA with NAVHDA. She finished the year earning her VSWB
2023
Alli continued on her coursing journey and earned her CAA and FCAT. She also completed her UKC Championship. We introduced her to footstep (human) tracking. Travis worked hard training her in wounded deer tracking and earned her UBT – I.
2022
Alli completed her health testing, earned three Best of Breeds at a UKC show in Grinnel and a Gun Dog Group 4. She welcomed her first litter with Bruno “B” Litter. Check out Binx from that litter.
2021
Alli began her year running in our NAVHDA club Fun Hunt as a B!tch in Season. She switched gears back to FastCat with four more qualifying runs 24.76 (x2), 25.41 & 24.18 mph in the snow and she earned her BCAT! Peyton set her sights on the FCAT so we continued running 24.38, 24.06, 24.18, 23.73, and 24.58 all before fair. We took a break from FastCat so Peyton could take Alli to the Cedar County Fair. There they earned champion Junior showmanship (1/3) and reserve master showman to her sister (2/5), a red in beginner novice obedience, Beginning agility reserve (2/2) Novice rally champion (1/2). Back to FastCat we went: 24.88, 24.15, 24.26, 24.73, 24.26 mph, 25.01, 25.15, 24.76, 25.01, 25.04 , 24.97×2, 24.38, 24.91. She was able to earn her DCAT and build points to the next level. She also tried CABT (600 yards) and earned her CA title. She tested for CGC and came oh so close to passing (9/10). She closed out the year starting training for tracking deer.
2020
As COVID hit we did an end of the season hunt at a preserve and Alli really rocked it. Her pointing and retrieving was amazing for a 9 month old puppy. In November, Alli made her AKC debut in FastCATs with Peyton releasing her. She picked up two qualifying runs with 23.86 and 23.66 mph. Peyton earned a junior handlers prize – blanket. The next day Peyton and Alli had a great first run 24.43 mph and a dog distracted Alli on the second run and she got 18.37 mph.
